Meet Our Team

Jessica Dixon, soon to be Jessica Morris, is our amazing Patient Care Coordinator for Fusion Dental Care as well as Fusion Eye Care.  She comes from the small town Creedmoor, NC and her hobbies include working out, shopping and traveling.

Jessica joined our Fusion Dental Care team just a few months after the grand opening and has grown with our practice, helping patients set up appointments, insurance verification, helping set up financial arrangements, following up with treatment plans and just being here to help answer any questions patients may have.

The best part that Jessica loves about working at Fusion in her own words is that “It is a fun and welcoming environment.”

Karen Jacques- Patient Care Coordinator

Karen has worked in the dental field for 5 years and previously attended WakeTech to obtain her Human Resources Degree.  She is very passionate about oral health care and truly enjoys helping our Fusion family of patients receive the dental care they want and deserve.  She is also very experienced in insurance billing and verifying eligibility and discussing treatment plans and financial options.

Karen is originally from Peru and is fluent in both English and Spanish.  She is also involved with the Latino Community in the Triangle area and enjoys helping organize events that benefit the community as a whole.

Outside of work, Karen loves spending time with her two beautiful daughters who are 11 and 5 years old.

 Olivia Lambert- Certified Dental Assistant

Olivia is our newest dental assistant and is focused on providing the best patient care. She wants each and every patient to have an amazing experience and to feel as comfortable as possible. In her own words, “Fusion dental care is different from any other dental office I’ve been to or worked in. The staff makes coming to work fun and we each care so much about our patients.”

Olivia is originally from Pennsylvania but has lived in North Carolina for about 10 years. She received her Associate in Science Degree and Diploma in Dental Assisting at Cape Fear Community College. After graduating, she became a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.

Outside of work, Olivia loves to spend time with her husband, Justin, and dog, Zoey. They love going on long walks and exploring different parks in Raleigh. She also loves working out, visiting the beach, and going shopping.

Pamela’s passion for dentistry is driven by her love of meeting new people and building relationships that make a difference in patients’ lives. A native of North Carolina, she is a graduate of Central Carolina Community College with over 7 years experience as a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.

Pamela is fluent in English and Spanish and joined the Fusion team due to her desire to work at a practice focused on the highest level of patient care.

Outside of work, Pamela is a part-time photographer and loves capturing priceless moments for clients. She also enjoys walks in the park with her family: husband, Paul, and Boxer dogs, Spike and Tuffy.

Vaishali prides herself in providing individualized oral hygiene instructions and quality  care to every patient to maintain great oral health and she continues to maintain her CE status as a registered dental hygienist by obtaining continuing education, compliance training, learning about new products and services to build successful practices and encourage career development.

Being a dentist herself previously in her home country, India, she is able to take her time explaining the procedures well while making patients feel comfortable in her dental chair to make every dental visit a positive experience.

In her free time, she enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with her husband, son (8 yrs old) and daughter (12 yrs old).

In her own words, “Fusion dental care has a welcoming and warm environment for our patients.  The staff is outgoing and have buoyant personalities, who bring a sense of warmth to the practice.”

Stephanie first decided she wanted to become a dental hygienist at the impressionable age of five, after visiting her pediatric dentist for the very first time. It was a great experience for her. Through braces, science fair projects, and experience as an orthodontic assistant, her love for dentistry grew larger and larger. Though her path took several twists and turns along the way, in the end, she kept to her one true destination – to become a very determined registered dental hygienist who is very dedicated to providing the absolute best patient care experiences.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two sons, Cash (age 11), Caiden (age 10); her fiancé, Keith, and his two teenaged daughters, Emmy & Gabby. They enjoy weekends together with their many pets, swimming in their pool, going to the beach, vacationing at their family’s lake house in the Pocono Mountains, shopping, and simply spending quality time together.

Stephanie loves going to work at Fusion. “Everyone at Fusion is so friendly and nice! Dr. Bassiri is very in-tune with the needs of both her patients and staff, working diligently to provide the best quality of care, attention to detail, and latest technology. I have worked in a lot of places, and Fusion is, by far, the best place I have ever worked!”
